A working campus for people and land.
The place. The business that runs it. The engine that brings it to life. What lives here. And the ways capital can take part.

One hundred and twenty acres on the lower campus of a former boarding school in the Kootenai Valley. Ten buildings that already stand. Kitchens, cabins, a dining hall, a barn. Creeks, ponds, timber, and the clean water this valley is known for.

The school closed in 2022 and everything is still standing. This is not a ground-up build. It is a place that needs to be secured, opened, and put back to work.

People come to stay, and while they are here they learn, build, and share. Whole-campus buyouts, retreats, and events are the base. Programs are the point.
Families seeking deeper learning. Farmers with real problems. Makers and founders building solutions. The first pilots are shaped for them.
re•world is the operating team and the method. It is what turns an underused property into a living platform with guests, programs, and a story people can repeat.
Three names, clear lines. Sable Farms stands on its own property, economics, and decisions. re•world activates it. Boulder Creek Retreat, next door, is a collaborator and shared context.
The institutions, programs, and relationships that make the place matter after the season ends. Four lenses, held loosely, at the intersection of which the campus works.
Three different reasons to take part, so three different ways in. Securing the place, activating the business, and building what lives here answer three different questions and are not forced into one product.
Amounts, instruments, and terms are shared in the room and only through definitive documents. Structures are being validated with counsel.
If you have been given a code, the room is one step away. If you would like one, write to Hattie or use the form above.
Four founders who will live on the property and give life to it daily.
