The place
We found a 120-acre former school campus in the Kootenai Valley. Ten buildings. Commercial kitchens. Cabins, a dining hall, a barn. Creeks, ponds, timber, and mountain views.
The school closed in 2022. Everything is still standing. We walked the property and asked the only question that matters: what does this place want to become?
The answer is a farm hotel where hospitality, agriculture, education, and community live under one roof, and each one makes the others stronger. Not a ground-up build. The buildings exist. We furnish, repair, and open.
