Sable Farms is a regenerative farm and gathering place taking shape on the lower campus of the Boulder Creek property in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. This site is how we share that work: a weekly letter, an invitation to invest, and a way to RSVP for events. It's a re•world project, built and run by Clark Creative Group.
Not an offer
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. If an offering is made, it is made only to qualified persons and only through definitive offering documents — this site is not those documents.
Targets, timelines, and projections shown here are forward-looking. They're our best current thinking, not guarantees, and they may change. Where we describe a property value as "evaluated," we mean our own working figure — not a formal appraisal.
The room at /invest/room is shared by invitation. What's inside is confidential and not for redistribution.
Using the site
Use this site for what it's for: reading about the project, signing up for the letter, expressing investor interest, or RSVPing to an event. Please don't scrape it, don't try to break or overload the forms, and don't share an invitation code with anyone it wasn't given to.
Content and images
The words, photos, and drawings on this site belong to re•world and Clark Creative Group unless we say otherwise. Some images are renders — artist's impressions of what a space could become — and we label them as such. Any third-party names or marks that appear here belong to their owners.
Forms and messages
When you fill out a form on this site — the newsletter sign-up, the investor form, an event RSVP — what you submit may be used to reply to you and to keep you posted on the project. See the Privacy page for the full picture of what happens with it.
Events
RSVPs help us plan food, seating, and space. Attendance at any Sable Farms event is at your own risk. Events may change or be cancelled — if that happens, we'll tell you.
No warranties, limitation of liability
This site is provided as-is. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or current. To the extent the law allows, re•world and Clark Creative Group aren't liable for damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms as the project and the site evolve. The date at the top of this page is the one that governs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA.
